Sheeting is the first step in our plant. Paperboard comes in from the mill on large rolls, and we cut those rolls into flat sheets sized exactly to your job. Each sheet's dimensions are optimized around your die layout, so we get the most packaging out of every sheet and as little waste as possible. From there, the sheets move straight into printing and die cutting.

Sheeting in our own plant puts us in control of size, quality and timing. We aren't stuck with the standard sheet sizes a mill or distributor stocks. We cut every sheet to the exact dimensions your job needs, which means less waste, better pricing and faster turnaround, with no waiting on an outside supplier.

It starts with your die. Once we know your package's layout and how many pieces fit on each sheet, we size the sheet to match, leaving only the margin the press and die cutter need. Every inch is optimized to get the most packaging from each sheet, which keeps waste and cost per piece low.
